Registration Types and Fees *

Author Registration (till April 30, 2016): 250 euros (Academic Registration – Presenters and Authors); 175 euros (Student Registration – Presenters and Authors)

Onsite Registration (May 20 – 21, 2016): 250 euros (Academic Registration – Authors only), 175 euros (Student Registration – Authors only)

Academic and Student Registration (Early-bird and Late) include conference material, coffee-breaks and buffet lunches on May 20 and 21, 2016, as well as Gala Dinner on May 20, 2016.

Accompanying Partners of Registered Academics and Students may participate at the Gala Dinner for a 50 euros fee, if booked and paid till April 30, 2016.

Academic and Student Registration Onsite include conference material, coffee-breaks and buffet lunches on May 20 and 21, 2016.

Attendance to conference sessions is possible for 30 euros (general public) to be paid online or onsite (May 20 – 21, 2016). Does not include lunches, coffee-breaks, conference material or dinner. Please bring cash.

A special rate was created for professionals from companies wishing to assist to Conference Sessions. For 150 euros (two days) or 100 euros (one day), each registered participant will have access to the conference (conference material, coffee-breaks and lunches included). Gala Dinner is not included in this rate, but can be booked separately for 50 euros. Note that this rate is exclusive to companies.

Universidade Europeia & Laureate community: authors (professors and students) have free access to conference material and coffee-breaks on May 20 and 21, 2016 (however they will have to pay if they wish to attend the conference dinner or have access to buffet lunches). Universidade Europeia & Laureate students have free attendance to conference sessions.
